Medulla® brings medico legal reporting, out-patient and in-patient care, and India's Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) together in one secure application.
Everything a hospital or clinic needs to record and report
Medico Legal Reports
Standardised Medico Legal Case (MLC) reports with point-and-click injury mapping, plus court affidavit and police information printouts.
Post-mortem & Bone Age
Computerised post-mortem and autopsy reports, identification marks, and X-ray based bone age estimation reports.
Out-Patient Care
Patient registration, visits and digital prescriptions with standard clinical terminology, ready to share with the patient.
In-Patient (IPD)
Admissions, bed allotment, diagnoses and discharge summaries for patients admitted to your hospital.
Immunizations
Record vaccine doses against the Universal Immunization Programme and adult schedules, and track what is due next.
Wellness Records
Capture vitals and lifestyle observations to build a long-term picture of patient health.
Health Documents
Upload scans, photographs and existing reports, and attach them to the patient's record for permanent storage and retrieval.
Pharmacy & Lab Orders
Send medicine and lab test orders directly to partner pharmacies and laboratories, and follow their status.
Analytics & Audit
Dashboards on reports and patients, plus system activity reports so administrators know who did what and when.
Connected to India's national digital health ecosystem
Medulla® is integrated with the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM). Patients can create or link their Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA) and, with their consent, securely share and receive health records across hospitals, clinics and labs anywhere in India.
Create ABHA
Create a new ABHA number for a patient at the front desk using Aadhaar and mobile OTP verification.
Verify & Link ABHA
Verify an existing ABHA number or ABHA address and link it to the patient's Medulla® record.
Share Records (HIP)
As a Health Information Provider, Medulla® links care contexts so patients can access their records in their ABHA app.
Fetch Records (HIU)
As a Health Information User, doctors can request a patient's past records from other facilities and view them in one place.
Consent First
Every exchange is approved by the patient through ABDM consent, and health data is encrypted during transfer.
Standard FHIR Records
Records are exchanged as standard ABDM FHIR documents using SNOMED CT and LOINC clinical coding.
